Each year, the committee presents the award to a different city that has shown leadership, vision and achievements in sustainable transport and urbanism over\u00a0the\u00a0previous year. More than ten cities have won the award since it began in 2005. Other committee members include ITDP, GIZ, and WRI, three of our partners.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s three finalists are\u00a0Rosario, Argentina; Moscow, Russia; and Yichang, China. The ceremony will take place January 12 in Washington, DC. <a href=\"http:\/\/staward.org\/rsvp\/\">RSVP<\/a>\u00a0here to attend the event.
