Today, the Internet is\u00a0the main way we communicate with people that live far from us. This generally makes communication is immediate and easy. However, we have forgotten about other modes of communication that are not as a fast but can be more effective, for example regular mail. This current experiment asks participants to\u00a0send a postcard via\u00a0regular mail, which takes longer but is more emotionally meaningful for sender and recipient. Wouldn&#8217;t you agree?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16339\" src=\"http:\/\/despacio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/despacio-se-llega-lejos-1024x349.jpg\" alt=\"despacio se llega lejos\" width=\"800\" height=\"272\" \/><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>There are four basic steps<\/i><\/b><i> (see image)<\/i><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify the person to whom you want to send the Despacio postcard\u00a0(ideally someone who lives far away)<\/li>\n<li>The Despacio team will provide the\u00a0postcard and the instructions to send it.
